摘  要:目的:比较氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)对兔离体颈动脉和基底动脉的内皮依赖的舒张的影响。方法:以血管条等长张力法测定ox-LDL、L-精氧酸(L-arginine,L-Arg)等对兔动脉内皮依赖的舒张功能的影响。结果:较低浓度的ox-LDL(50μG·ml-1)明显抑制颈动脉经乙酰胆碱介导内皮依赖的舒张,而不抑制非内皮依赖的舒张。L-Arg可部分逆转ox-LDL密度脂蛋白引起的颈动脉内皮依赖的舒张功能损害。结论:ox-LDL可抑制兔颈动脉内皮依赖的舒张而不影响基底动脉内皮依赖的舒张,补充L-Arg可改善受损的内皮依赖的舒张功能。Aim: To compare effects of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) on endothelium-dependent relaxation of intracranial and extracranial arteries in rabbits. Methods: Relaxation in precontracted vessels to acetylcholine and sodium nitroprusside were evaluated after exposure to LDL, ox-LDL or L-Arginine, et al by isometric tension methods. Results: After exposure to ox-LDL (50 μg·ml-1), relaxation to acctylclioline was impaired significantly in carotid but not in basilar artery. L-Arginine can partially normalize the impairment above. Relaxation to nitroprusside was not significantly impaired by ox-LDL in both arteries. Conclusion: ox-LDL impairs endothelium-dependent relaxation in the carotid but not in basilar artery. L-Arginine can improve the impaired endothelium-dependent relaxation.
