丹参与弥可保联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的观察

摘　　要：目的评价丹参与弥可保联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,每日给予丹参注射液16ml加入生理盐水500ml静脉滴注,弥可保500μg肌注,均为1次/d,共4周。对照组20例常规糖尿病治疗。结果治疗组显效率和总有效率分别达56.67%和90%,明显高于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)和45.45%(P<0.01)。结论丹参与弥可保联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the co effect of Danshen and mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method 52 patients with DPN were divided into two groups at random,30 cases in the therapy group which were treated with Danshen 16 ml in 500 ml normal saline intravenously and mecobalamin 500 μg intramuscularly, once a day for 4 weeks,22 cases as controls only routine diabetes treatment.Result Marked effect ratio was 56.67% and total effect ratio 90% in the therapy group,which were significantly higher than those in the controls(18.18%,P< 0.05 and 45.5%,P< 0.01).Conclusion The combination of Danshen and mecobalamin has a good effect on DPN.
