摘　　要：本文首次报导利用鸡毛为原料,经酸性水解提取混合氨基酸,与脂肪酰氯缩合制备N—酰基表面活性物质的合成路线及实验条件。并通过产品的溶解性分析和红外光谱分析,证实了该产品的通式为:CH_3(CH_2)_(16)CONHCH(R)C00Na和CH_3(CH_2)_(16)CON HCH(R)CONHCH(R’)COONa。This paper first reports the composite route and experimental conditions of preparing N--Acyl--group active surface substances using chicken feather as the materialto extract composed acid amino--group through acid hydrolysis and condensation with fat acyl--chlorine. The paper also proves that, by dissolving and infrared spectrum analyses to it, the structrural formula for the product is as follows: CH_3(CH_2)_(16) CONHCHCOOOH and CH_3(CH_2)_(16) CONHCHCONHCHCOOH
