摘　　要：目的 :探讨股骨颈骨折小切口内固定术的治疗问题。方法 :用加压螺旋钉固定治疗股骨颈骨折 12 5例。结果 :随访术后 5～ 10年 ,优 ;90例 ;良 :19例 ;可 :7例 ;差 :9例。结论 :在股骨颈骨折的治疗过程中 ,准确复位骨折至关重要。前倾角因患肢不同的体位而改变 。Objective:To investigate treatment femoral neck fra ctures with compression screw fixation in minimal incision.Mothods:Treatment 125 cases femoral neck fracturs with compresssion screw.Results:The follow-up period ranged from 5 to 10 yeras.90 cases achieved excellent and 19 cases acheved good.fair in 7 cases and poor in 9 cases.Conclusion:In the course of the treatment for femoroal neck fracturs,it is most important to redudted exactly.The anteverted angle is easy to change the position with chagne of the disease legs,so we must take care for it in the time of puncturing the guide needle.
