摘　　要：目的 :观察经胫骨结节穿钢丝固定治疗髌骨中 ,下极粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法 :经髌骨近断端横形钻孔与胫骨结节钻孔联合穿钢丝固定治疗髌骨中、下极粉碎性骨折 2 1例。结果 :经临床观察和随访 ,治疗效果满意。结论 :该手术操作简单 ,复位效果好 ,固定牢靠 。Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of wire pie rced throug tibial tubercle fixation treatment of patella middle and distal polar comminuted fracture.Methods:21 cases were treated with wire pierced throug tibial tubercle fixation.Results:The patients were followed up and their postoperative were satisfactory.Conclusion:The method shows the advantage of simplictiy, the effect of redution good,reliable fixation.Early functional exercises can be done without external fixation
