牛骨胶原/牛骨形成蛋白液局部注射治疗骨折延迟愈合9例

摘　　要：目的 :观察牛骨胶原 /牛骨形成蛋白复合物经皮骨折端注射治疗骨折延迟愈合的效果。方法 :在 C臂机透视下准确定位骨折端 ,制造新鲜创伤后 ,依据骨折部位不同经皮局部注入 5～ 10 m L骨胶原 /骨形成蛋白液。摄片复查至骨折愈合。结果 :8例在 2～ 3个月获得临床骨折愈合 ,无并发症发生。 1例治疗失败。结论 :骨折延迟愈合可以应用牛骨胶原 / BMP液局部注射治疗 ,方法简单 。Objective:Using the composite of bovine bone collag en and bovine bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) to treat the delay union of long bone,observe the clinical results by clinical and radiography.Methods:In the site of delay union,using the small needle-knife,the fresh traumas were obtained again under the guide of X-ray.bout 5～10mL. collagen/BMP was injected into the site of delay union.Results:All but one patient have gain the bong union within 3 months after injection,no complication happened,the clinical results and roentgenographic assessment were good.Conclusions:The procedure is a simple,safe and effective method for bone delay union.
