摘　　要：目的 :对MF - 2消毒剂进行毒理学试验研究 ,以评价是否符合卫生部消毒技术规范的规定、保证应用安全。方法 :按照卫生部消毒技术规范中毒理试验的程序和方法进行。结果 :各项试验结果表明 ,该消毒剂属于实球无毒物质。对皮肤、眼结膜无刺激作用。肌肉注入后组织无显著变化。体内无蓄积性。无致突变作用。结论Objective Examine the result of the toxicological test of the MF-2 disinfcctant and to know if it is in conformity with the rcquircment stipulatcd by the health department disinfecting technical specifications.Methods:We conducted experiment in conformity with the procedure and method of toxicological test stipulated by the health department disinfecting technical specifications.Results:All the test results showed that the MF-2disinfectant is non-toxical substance.And has no irritating effect on the skin and eye.The tissue has no salient change after muscle injection.Have no accumulating and mutagenic effect in body.Conclusion:The toxicological test of the MF-2 disinfcetant is in conformity with the requirement stipulatcd by the health dcpartmcnt disinfccting tcchnical specifications and can beused safely.
