摘  要:采用室内盆栽和叶盘饲养二点叶螨的方法 ,测定了不同浓度的三氯杀螨醇、辛硫磷和敌杀死对二点叶螨生命力和繁殖力的影响 .结果表明 :三氯杀螨醇、辛硫磷和敌杀死在二点叶螨的卵期处理 ,对成螨的产卵量均有明显的刺激作用 (高浓度三氯杀螨醇 4 0 mg/ L除外 ) ,敌杀死 5 0 mg/L处理还可提高幼若螨的成活率 .辛硫磷和敌杀死 5 0 mg/ L 幼螨期处理 ,可以延长成螨的寿命 ,增加产卵量 .5 0 mg/ L和 10 0 mg/ L处理后对卵的发育速度和后代成活率均有不同程度的刺激作用 .3种药剂 5 0 mg/ L和三氯杀螨醇 10 0 mg/ L成螨期处理 ,均可大幅度提高雌成螨的产卵量 ,辛硫磷和敌杀死不同浓度处理成螨后 ,其后代成活率有不同程度的降低 ,而三氯杀螨醇处理后则有所提高 .3种药剂在成螨期处理后对卵孵化率无明显影响 .The effects of dicofol,phoxim and deltamethrin in different concentrations on the life force and fecundity of Tetranychus urticae Koch were determined by pot culturel and leaf plate method to rear the mites in the laboratory. The results showed that dicofol, phoxim and deltamethrin had obvious stimulating effects on the oviposition number of females in the ovum stage of the mites treated with different concentrations of these pesticides (except dicofol of high concentration); the surviving rates of larva and nymph were raised when they were treated with 50 mg/L of deltamethrin. The life span of adults was lengthened after the mites in the larva stage were treated with 50 mg/L of phoxim and deltamethrin.The development rate of ovum and the surviving rate were affected to different extents when the ovum of the mites were treated with 50 and 100 mg/L of phoxim and deltamethrin. When the adults were treated with 50 mg/L of three pesticides or 100 mg/L of dicofol, the oviposition number of females was increased to a great extent. The surviving rate of posterity could be decreased by different concentrations of phoxim and deltamethrin while it grew higher by dicofol.
