血镁与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关研究

摘　　要：为了探讨血镁在糖尿病视网膜病变发生中的作用及糖尿病视网膜病变的相关危险因素 .测定了 30例正常对照组 ,30例糖尿病无视网膜病变组 (NDR组 ) ,30例糖尿病合并视网膜病变组(DR组 )病人血清镁浓度 .并对糖尿病病人行空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白 (Hb A1c)、尿微量白蛋白排泄量的测定 .记录病程 ,同时行眼底检查 .结果发现 ,与正常组比较 ,血镁降低在 NDR组 P<0 .0 5 ,DR组 P<0 .0 1.NDR组与 DR组比较血镁降低亦有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ,且两组比较病程、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和尿白蛋白排泄量均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) .作者认为糖尿病病人有缺镁的倾向 ,且糖尿病视网膜病变者的血镁比糖尿病无视网膜病变的患者更低 ,低镁与病程、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白排泄量一样 。In order to investigate the effect of serum magnesium on the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and to evaluate the risk factors of DR, serum magnesium was determined by chemical color developing process on 30 cases of normal controls,30 cases of NDR groups and 30 cases of DR groups. And fasting blood sugar (FBS), glucosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and 24 hours urine albumin were also determined. The results showed the serum magnesium of diabetics were lower than those of controls, and it was rather lower on DR group than on NDR group. There was difference between DR group and NDR group on serum magnesium, FBS, HbA1c and urine albumin. The author thinks diabetics have magnesium deficiency, and as same as the FBS,HbA1c and urine albumin, hypomagnesemia is the risk factor of diabetic retinopathy.
