摘  要:目的 :探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (humanchorionicgonadotropin ,HCG)在神经内分泌 -免疫网络中的作用。方法 :应用同位素示踪法体外观察HCG对人外周T淋巴细胞转化增殖反应的影响。结果 :HCG浓度在 7 5~ 12 5U/mL时对植物凝集素刺激的T淋巴细胞转化增殖反应有显著抑制作用 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :HCG作为一种负性调节因子 ,通过对T淋巴细胞的抑制作用 ,可能在神经内分泌 -免疫调节网络中起重要作用 ,不仅参与妊娠时机体对胎儿的免疫相容机制 ,而且与肿瘤患者体内的免疫抑制机制有关。Aim: To study the effect of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) on the network of immune-neuroendocrine. WTHZ Methods:WTBZ The effect of HCG on PHA-induced human T-lymphocytes transformation was studied by means of radioisotope technique. WTHZ Results: WTBZ The result show that HCG had an evident suppressive effect property (P<0. 001) in vitro on PHA-induced human T-lymphocytes proliferation at a concentration ranging from 7.50~125 U/mL. WTHZ Conclusion: WTBZIt is suggested that HCG, as one of negative regulators, may take great role in the network of immune-neuroendocrine by its suppressive effect on T-lymphocytes. The role is concerned not only with the maternal immunotolerance to fetus in the period of pregnancy, but also with the mechanism of immunosuppression in pationts with tumor .
