脱硅渣物性与起泡性能的实验研究

摘  要:为探讨脱硅后期低 (FeO)渣的物性与起泡性能的关系 ,测定了碱度在 0 .4~ 1 .0范围内四元渣系 [CaO -SiO2 -FeO( 5 %~ 1 5 % ) -Al2 O3( 1 0 % ) ]炉渣的粘度、表面张力和起泡特性。结果表明 ,炉渣表面张力较大 ,其泡沫化指数主要受炉渣粘度的影响。随渣中 (FeO)的降低 ,泡沫化指数增大。 (FeO)低时 。In order to investigate the relationship between physical property and foaming property of slag with low FeO content during after desiliconization,the viscosity,surface tension,and foaming property of [CaO-SiO 2-FeO(5-15%)-Al 2O 3(10%)] quaternary system,with a basicity within the range of 0.4~1.0,were determine. The result shows that the surface tension of slag is high.The foaming index is mainly affected by slag viscosity and inversely proportional to the content of FeO.When the content of FeO is decreased to about 5%,the influence of basicity on foaming index is more stronger than ever.
