摘　　要：宝钢1 40mm连轧管机组自 1 993年达到年产 5 0万t成品管设计水平以后 ,为了进一步提高产品质量 ,强化竞争能力 ,从 1 995年开始不断地对该机组进行基础自动化、计算机、在线检测设备及工艺技术等方面的技术改造。通过技术改造使宝钢1The  140mm mandrel bar mill at Baosteel achieved the designed annual capability of 500kt,in 1993.In order to make further improvement on the competitive ability and quality of product,the technological reform about basic automatic,computer,on line gage and technology equipment has been undertaking since 1995.With these successful technological reform,the mandrel bar mill has regained the current world leveled technology.
