摘  要:介绍了国内外掺杂稀土元素的高温钼合金的研究情况。对Y2 O3、La2 O3、Nd2 O3、Sm2 O3、Gd2 O3 五种稀土元素掺入钼丝和未掺入钼丝进行了研究比较。结果表明 ,掺杂钼丝比未掺杂钼丝具有更高的再结晶温度和高温下更好的抗变形性能。目前这种掺有稀土元素的钼合金已被研制出 ,并得到广泛的应用 。Study on high temperature molybdenum alloy doped with rare earth element at home and abroad was introduced.Five kinds of rare earth element by Y 2O 3,La 2O 3,Nd 2O 3,Sm 2O 3,Gd 2O 3 of molybdenum wire doped as well as molybdenum wire undoped were compared.The results show that the recrystallization temperature of rare earth element doped with molybdenum wire was higher than that of undoped with molybdem wire and the deformation resistance of the former was better than the latter.At present,this kind of molybdenum alloy doped with rare earth was developed and used widely.Market prospect is promising.
