转炉废气处理系统阻损及漏风的测定与分析

摘　　要：针对邢钢转炉废气处理系统不能与转炉生产匹配、废气大量逸入车间和大气、回收转炉煤气质量和数量均较低的问题 ,对该系统的阻损和漏风进行了实况检测评价。并在此基础上 ,对影响该系统的各方面因素进行了分析 。For the problems such as the waste gas treating system of converter not matching with converter operation, large amount of waste gas discharging into workshop and atmosphere, and both quality and quantity of recovered converter gas becoming low, etc. in Xingtai Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., the measurement and evaluation on pressure-loss and air-leakage are carried out actually. Based upon this, the factors influencing the system are analyzed and the future work for improvement of the system are also indicated.
