摘  要:根据安阳钢铁公司第二炼钢厂实际 ,对罗可普小方坯连铸机进行了高效化改造。改造取得了良好的效果 ,铸坯平均拉速达 3.5m min ,实现了炉机匹配 ;转炉出钢温度降低了 2 0℃左右 ,大大降低了耐火材料消耗 ;According to the practice in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Anyang Iron & Steel Corporation, the modification on billet continuous casting machine has been carried out to improve the efficiency.Good result of the modification has been obtained with average casting speed up to 3.5?m/min, and good coordination between BOF and caster has been also gained. The refractory consumption rate has been reduced by lowering tapping temperature by about 20℃. Consequently, the casting process has been optimized.
