摘  要:应用三维流场和温度场计算软件 ,对首钢第二炼钢厂的板坯连铸机结晶器内钢液的流场和温度场进行了模拟研究 ,通过研究得到了在现有操作条件下结晶器内钢液的流动特征及温度分布情况 ,同时确定出它们对铸坯的影响 。Simulation study on the flowing field and temperature field of the liquid steel in the mould of slab concaster is carried out in the 2 nd Steel Plant of Capital Iron & Steel Corp. by application of the software capable of calculating the 3-dimensional flow field and temperature field and the flowing characteristics and temperature distribution of the liquid steel inside the mould under the present operating conditions are obtained and their influence on the slabs determined through the experimental study, thus providing basis for further optimization of the operating parameters.
