摘　　要：本文简要说明了近年来我厂钢锭质量取得的成绩 ,扼要分析了钢锭穿孔、铜裂缺陷产生的原因和应采取的对策 。This paper briefly describes achievement in ingot quality in the Steel-making Plant in recent years,makes a brief analysis of the causes for the occurrence of ingot perforation and copper-induced crack defect and their countermeasures and puts emphasis on exploring cause of formation of defect in ultrasonic inspection which hinders ingot quality,measures to be taken and achievements obtained during production practice in the plant.
