摘  要:用 4种标准酚酸 ,即龙胆酸 (gentisinic)、香草酸 (vanillic)、丁香酸 (syringic)和香豆酸 (coumaric) ,每种酚酸设 6种浓度 (0 ,5 0 ,10 0 ,2 0 0 ,4 0 0 ,6 0 0mg/kg) ,分别对盆栽杉木幼苗土壤进行处理 ,在生长期间定期测定苗高 ,最后测定苗高、地上及地下部分生物量和鲜叶中叶绿素的含量。结果表明 :不同酚酸对杉苗生长均有抑制作用 ,但抑制作用的程度不同 ;同一种酚酸处理 ,浓度越高 ,盆栽幼苗株高生长、地上及地下部分生物量、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量降低越严重 ;时间也是重要因素 ,受酚酸影响的时间越长 ,幼苗受到抑制的程度也越大。上述结果表明 。Soil in pots, in which Chinese fir seedlings was planted ,were treated with 6 concentrations (0,50,100,200,400 and 600 mg/kg) of each of four standard phenolic acids (gentisinic,vanillic,syringic and coumaric acid) .The height of stem, the fresh and dry weight of above- and underground portion and the content of chlorophyll in needles of the seedlings of each treatment were measured. The results indicated that :1. Different phenolic acids had different inhibiting effects on the growing characteristics of Chinese fir seedlings;2. The higher the concentration was used, the more the height was reduced, and the fresh and dry weight and the content of the chlorophyll a and b of the seedlings was obtained; 3. The longer influence on the acids, the more reduction of the growing characteristics of the seedlings stated above appeared.
