摘　　要：高坝洲水电站施工工期管理贯穿于工程建设的全过程 施工工期管理立足于业主 ,是业主节约投资、提高企业经济效益的有效途径Construction period management runs through the whole course of construction of Gaobazhou Hydropower Sation.For the sake of the owner ,construction period management is the effective way to economize investment and improve economic benefits.The benefit expenses period optimizing method fully embodies the point of pursuing the whole economic benefit of the hydropower station.
