摘 要:利用具有粘果山羊草(Aegilops kotschyi)、易变山羊草(Ae.variabilis)、偏凸山羊草(Ae.ventricosa)和二角山羊草(Ae.bicornis)异源细胞质小麦雄性不育系(以下简称粘、易、偏和二角型)组配成不同组合的杂种小麦,研究了这4种不育系细胞质源对杂种小麦籽粒品质的影响。结果表明,由它们所配制的杂种小麦在千粒重、粗蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值和籽粒硬度等性状上均高于具有普通小麦细胞质的相同核型杂种小麦,尤其粘、易、偏型某些组合在千粒重、湿面筋含量、沉降值等性状上差异达到显著水平。因此,利用这4种不育系很有希望培育出优质、高产的杂种小麦,其细胞质亦可作为改良常规小麦品种品质的细胞质源。The many hybrid wheat combinations were bred by 4 male sterile lines of wheat with Ae. kotschyi,Ae. variabilis,Ae. ventricosa and Ae. bicornis cytoplasms and some restoring lines,and their seed qualities were analyzed. The results were as follows: The 1000-grain weight, protein content,wet gluten content,sedimentation and seed hardness of all hybrid seeds with 4 alien cytoplasms were superior to those with T. aestivum cytoplasm. The differences in 1000-grain weight,wet gluten content and sedimentation of hybrid seeds with Ae. kotschyi, Ae. variabilis and Ae. ventricosa cytoplasms,at 5 percent significant differ- ences were especially obvious. It is possible to breed hybrid wheat with good quality and high yield by the 4 male sterile lines mentined above, the 4 alien cytoplasms may be used as good cytoplasm sources for im- provement of seed qualities of wheat.
