香梨小孢子囊和雄配子发生的观察

摘　　要：以香梨为试材 ,解剖观察了其小孢子囊及雄配子在南疆气候条件下发生发育的全过程。结果表明 :香梨花药的雏形已于上年生长季形成 ;花芽休眠程度较低 ,2月下旬休眠即可解除 ,气温是解除休眠的主导因子 ;小孢子母细胞的减数分裂主要发生在花前 15～ 2 5 d,即 3月中旬 ;4月上旬 ,香梨雄配子发育即基本完成。With Xiangli (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd) as material,the development of the microsporangium and male gamete was studeied in the paper.The result showed that the anther in an embrymic form was formed in the last growth season.The dormancy degree of the flower buds was light and finished in late February.Atmosphere temperature was a major rule in removing dormancy.The meiosis of pollen mother cell occured in middle March,15-25 days before blooming.The male gamete basically matured in early April.
