摘　　要：主要阐述了在信息技术支持下 ,针对由于城市规划与管理脱节造成的城市管理缺乏决策支持及城市规划得不到及时信息反馈而不能依照城市的实际发展状况做出及时调整的城市问题 ,提出城市规划与管理一体化决策支持系统的建立目标 ,分析了系统所具有的特点 ,并对系统的数据库组成。Aiming at the questions of lack of support in management decision and not being able to adjust urban planning in time according to the actual situation of city development because of the separation of urban planning and management, the objective of decision support system based on integration of urban planning amd management is put forword, under the support of information technology. Features of the system are analysed; and database constitution, system structure and function are designed.
