安哥拉山羊级进杂交后代被毛性状变化

摘  要:采集安哥拉山羊、陕北本地山羊及各代级进杂交后代 (F1 ~ F4 )周岁母羊的皮样、毛样或绒毛混合样 ,进行了毛囊密度、毛长、纤维分类、纤维直径、纤维强伸度、净毛率及毛产量的测定。结果表明 :安哥拉山羊与陕北本地山羊级进杂交 ,级进后代被毛特性及产量到 F3与安哥拉山羊已基本相似。到 F4 有髓毛和死毛数量百分含量分别为 0 .3 8%和 1 .5 4% ,有髓毛和死毛重量百分含量总和为 4.0 8% ,与安哥拉山羊有髓毛、死毛含量 (0 .93 %、1 .3 2 % )及有髓毛和死毛重量百分含量总和 3 .83 %相比已非常接近 (P>0 .0 1 )。F4 的周岁产毛量为 1 .42 kg,与安哥拉山羊 (1 .64kg)接近 (P>0 .0 1 )。根据陕北自然条件状况 ,研究认为 ,育种工作级进到F3为宜。Skin and fleece samples of Angora goat and Shaanbei local goat, and their upgrading generations were obtained. The follicle density, staple length, fiber type, fiber diameter, fiber strength and elongation, fleece yield and clean content were measured. The results showed that: upgrading with Angora goat as sire and Shaanbei local goat as dam, the fleece characters and yield of F 3 were similar to Angora goat. When upgrading F 4, the number content of med. and kemp were 0.38% and 1.54% respectively, the total weight content of med. kemp was 4.08%, which were close to that of Angora goat (the number content of med. and kemp were 0.93% and 1.32% respectively, the total weight content of med. + kemp was 3.83%) ( P >0.01) .The fleece yield of F 4 was 1.42 kg, which was close to Angora goat(1.64 kg) ( P >0.01).According to Shaanbei natural condition, based on the studies the author thought that the upgrading should be F 3 for the breeding new Mohair goat of Shaanbei.
