摘　　要：基于非线性环形腔 (NORC)的光开关以直流光为光源 ,输入输出为同等的二光平。在研究由耦合器和非线性光纤构成的NORC环的传输特性的基础上 ,当光源为阶跃信号时 ,分析了这种光开关的响应速度 。NORC based optical switch uses direct current light as light source whose input and output are equivalent two optic level.Based on research of transmission characteristics of NORC with coupler and nonlinear fiber,the response speed of the optic switch is analyzed when the light source appears to be a step signal.The result shows that the optic switch is rapid enough to respond to the light step.
