摘　　要：以徐薯 18脱毒甘薯原种为材料 ,采用双膜冷床育苗的方法 ,对不同重量薯块类型种薯出苗的数量和质量进行了研究。结果表明 :16 0～ 32 0g的脱毒徐薯 18种薯出苗较多 ,且苗体健壮 ,是育苗生产首选薯型。Effects of varied weight root on seedlings ratio and quality of virus free sweet potato Xushu NO.18 were investigated by way of double plastic film and cold fram propagating technique.The results showed that the seedlings ratio and quality of 160～320g root were higher than that of others .This root type is the most effective type in virus free sweet potato propagating.
