摘  要:利用高能球磨法 ,无后续煅烧 ,以二氧化钛和过氧化钡为原料 ,在室温下 4h制备出单相纳米钛酸钡粉。利用 XRD图谱结合 Sherre公式研究了球磨过程中纳米钛酸钡的晶化过程。结果表明 ,所制备的钛酸钡结晶情况良好 ,为立方钙钛矿结构。在球磨过程中钛酸钡晶粒呈现出先逐渐长大然后逐渐减小的趋势。经透射电镜观察 ,球磨 8h所得钛酸钡晶粒尺寸为 18~ 2 2 nm。Nanosized BaTiO 3 powders were synthesized by high energy ball milling of oxide mixture consisted of BaO 2 and TiO 2 at room temperature for 4 h without any additional subsequent calcination.Crystallization process of nanosized barium tianate was investigated by using X ray diffraction patterns and Sherre equation.The results indicated that BaTiO 3 powders exhibited a well established cubic perovskite structure.During the milling process,the particle size of BaTiO 3 powders showed a firstly increasing and subsequent decrescent trend with extending milling time.An average particle size of 18~22 nm was observed using transmission electron microscopy for the prepared BaTiO 3 powder of 8 h milling.
