联合应用B超检查hCG测定或引导穿刺术诊断异位妊娠

摘　　要：应用B超检查及测定hCG或B超检查引导穿刺术诊断214例可疑异位妊娠患者,临床符合率91.6%。典型异位妊娠13例,B超检查在宫外探及妊娠象而确诊;非典型异位妊娠183例,B超检查宫腔内无妊娠象,在宫外探及不规则形包块或盆腹腔游离暗区,hCG阳性或穿刺出不凝血而确诊。用本法诊断异位妊娠流产及破裂可早于临床其他方法。发生异位妊娠流产及破裂时可与其他急腹症鉴别并对失血量作出估计。Two hundred and fourteen cases of suspicious ectopic pregnancy was diangnosis with the use of B-scan Ultrasonography and hCG determina-tion or guided centesis.Conformable rate to clinic was 91.6%.The definite dia-gnosis of thirteen cases with typical ectopic pregnancy was made by B-scan Ultrasonography with extrauterine pregnant sac.One hundred and eighty-three cases of atypical ectopic pregnancy were diagnosed according to the presence of free dark echo in peivic or abdominal cavity and extrauterine irregular mass and without pregnant sac in uterine cavity examined by B-scan Ultrasono-graphy,positive hCG determination,positive Douglas aspiration.The use of the combined method may make diagnosis earlier than other clinical methods before the abortion or rupture of ectopic pregnancy and may make differential diagnosis and estimate the amount of blood loss when abortion or rupture of ectopicpregnancy happen。
