摘　　要：目的 :探讨福尔肝 6号对肝星状细胞增殖影响的抗肝纤维化作用机理。方法 :采用血清药理学实验方法作用于活化的大鼠肝星状细胞 (HSC) ,以3 H -TdR掺入法观察肝星状细胞增殖。结果 :福尔肝 6号和秋水仙碱药物血清能抑制肝星状细胞增殖 ,福尔肝 6号药物血清组优于秋水仙碱药物血清组。结论 :福尔肝 6号药物血清能抑制HSC的增殖 。Objective:To explore the machanisms of the recipe action against fibrosis and the effects of FUGAN VI on hepatic stellate cell (HSC). Methods:Drug sera was directly added into rat's activated hepatic stellate cells culture medium,and then the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells were assayed by incorporation of 3H-TdR. Results:Drug sera of FUGAN VI and drug sera of colchicine can both inhibit the proliferation of hepatic stellate cells, and the group of FUGAN VI was better than the group of colchicine. Conclusions:Drug sera of FUGAN VI can inhibit proliferation of HSC,thus reducing the synthesis of extracellular stroma such as the collagen and so on.
