金氏痔疮膏的毒理学研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察金氏痔疮膏的急性毒性反应。方法 :①小鼠 40只 ,随机均分为 2组 ,观察金氏痔疮膏小鼠灌胃后产生的急性毒性反应。②家兔 6只 ,观察金氏痔疮膏对家兔完整及破损皮肤的刺激反应。③小鼠 40只 ,随机均分为 2组 ,观察金氏痔疮膏对小鼠肛门粘膜的刺激反应。④豚鼠 30只 ,随机均分为 3组 ,观察金氏痔疮膏的皮肤过敏反应。⑤大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为 2组 ,观察大鼠对金氏痔疮膏直肠给药的毒性反应。结果 :小鼠、大鼠对金氏痔疮膏均未出现任何急性毒性反应 ;该药对家兔完整及破损皮肤无任何刺激性反应 ;小鼠肛门粘膜无红肿 ,未发现明显病理改变 ;豚鼠皮肤未见过敏反应。结论 :金氏痔疮膏是一种安全无毒的药物。Objective:To observe the acute toxicity of Jin's hemorrhoids ointment.Methods:①Forty healthy mice were divided into two groups randomly for the acute toxic reaction after drug was given by affusing stomach.②The stimulative reaction of Jin's hemorrhoids ointment to intact and damaging skin was observed in six rabbits.③Forty healthy mice were divided into two groups randomly for the stimulative reaction of Jin's hemorrhoids ointment to anus mucosa in mice.④Thirty guineapigs were divided into three groups randomly for the allergic reaction to skin to Jin's hemorrhoids ointment.⑤Twenty healthy rats were divided into two groups randomly for the toxic reaction after rectal administration of drugs.Results:Jin-shi hemorrhoids ointment doesn't cause any toxic reaction on mice and rats.The anus mucosa in mice doesn't show hyperemia and hydrops,and there has not been obvious pathological change.Guineapig skin doesn't show allergic reaction.Conclusion:Jin-shi hemorrhoids ointment is a relatively safe drug.
