摘 要:目的评价 Rhodobacter Sphaeroides No.1体内外抗脂质过氧化功能。方法体外试验,测定在脂质易氧化系统中 (脑匀浆~ Fe2+ )超弱发光值 (CP30s),代表脂质过氧化强弱的程度。体内试验,用 TBA荧光法测定小鼠血清中脂质过氧化最终产物之一丙二醛 (MDA)含量,用羟胺法测定全血 SOD的活性。结果在体外系统中,当菌体浓度为 5μ g/L时,脂质过氧化抑制率达到 74.1%。当灌喂菌体悬液剂量为 5ml/kg体重 .d,四周后,血清 MDA含量下降了 13.7% (P< 0.05)。小鼠全血超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)活性提高了 69.4% (P< 0.01)。结论光合细菌 No.1具有较强的抗脂质过氧化功能,这种功能不仅是通过菌体内存在抗氧化剂的直接作用,而且可通过促进体内抗氧化物酶活性而实现的。Objective An evaluation of Rhodobacter sphaeroides No.1 in the function of anti- peroxidation was studied. Methods The brain homogent~ Fe2+ , that riched with easily oxidized lipid, was used in vitro measuring system. Ultra weak chemiluminescence values(CP30s)represented the strength of lipid peroxidation.In vivo,the concentration of MDA (malondiahycdle), which is terminal substance of lipid peroxidation in blood serum, could be measured by TBA fluorescent method. The activity of SOD(superoxide dimutase) in whole blood was measured by using hydroxy- amine method. Results When No.1 cell concentration was 5μ g/L in vitro measuring system,the rate of inhibiting lipid peroxidation reached 74.1% .When suspended No.1 cells (5ml/kg body weight day) were fed to mice for 4 weeks,the concentration of MDA reduced 13.7% (P< 0.05) and the SOD raised 69.4% (P< 0.01). The function world be stronger with increasing dosage. Conclusions No.1 cell had a strong function of anti- lipid peroxidation which could be realized by the effect of some anti- lipid peroxidation matters in No.1 cells and also by stimulating the activities of some anti- oxidation enzymes.
