老龄期及老龄前期肺囊疱性疾患的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的 探讨肺囊疱性疾患的分类、病因、临床表现、手术方法及其疗效。方法 回顾性分析 63例老龄及老龄前期肺囊疱性疾病患者的临床资料及手术结果。 结果 63例中，术后除 2例并发脓胸外，余无其他并发症，无手术死亡率。结论 除炎性大疱一般不需手术外，其余肺囊疱性疾患手术疗效肯定，安全可靠。Objective To explore the classification, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, surgical procedure and therapeutic effects of vesicular disorders. Methods The clinical data and surgical results of 63 cases of senile and presenile vesicular disorders were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 63 cases, there were no complications, except for two cases who were complicated by empyema. Operative mortality is nil. Conclusions Apart from inflammatory bullae in which surgery is not necessary, all the other vesicular disorders should be surgically treated. The procedure is safe and reliable and the results ane positive.
