兰释和阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的 :了解兰释 (Luvox氟伏沙明 )的疗效。方法 :将 6 0例抑郁症患者随机入组 ,兰释最高剂量 10 0mg～ 30 0mg d ,阿米替林最高剂量 75mg～ 2 2 5mg d ,采用HAMD、CGL、TESS量表 ,在用药前及用药后 2、4、6、8周末评定。结果 :兰释和阿米替林疗效相当 ,稍优于阿米替林 ,但差异无显著性。副反应兰释以食欲减退、恶心呕吐为主 ,阿米替林以口干、便秘、视物模糊、排尿困难、头昏、无力及心电图异常为主。结论 :兰释治疗抑郁症疗效较优 ,副反应少 。Objectives:To study the curative effects of Luvox by comparing Luvox with Amitriptyline on treating depression.Methods:60 patients with major depression were treated with Luvox and Amitriptyline randomly and the doses were 100～300mg/d and 75～225 mg/d respectively.HAMD,CGI,TESS were evaluated before treatment and at the end of 2,4,6,8 weeks after the treatment.Results:The effects of Luvox and Anitriptyline had no significant difference ( P> 0 05).The side\|effects of Luvox were loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting and those of Amitriptyline were dry mouth,constipation,blurred vision,difficult urination,dizziness,lack strength and ECG abnormality.Conclusions:Luvox was a safe and satisfying antidepressant with few side effects.
