摘　　要：[目的 ]　了解女性流动人口卫生知识、卫生行为及流动前后的变化 ,为进一步做好健康促进工作提供信息。　 [方法 ]　对 10 70名育龄女性流动人口采用问卷调查 ,并开展多次专题组讨论。　 [结果 ]　在人口流动过程中 ,卫生行为明显改善 ,但仍存在不足 ;缺乏卫生知识 ,对性病了解不足。　 [结论 ]　女性流动人口对卫生知识有一定的需求 ,且具有相应的接受能力 ,应加强健康教育。Objective To understand and describe health behaviors and knowledge of female migrants, and their changes before and after coming to Shanghai to provide information for health promotion. Methods A sample of 1070 migrant women of child bearing age was drawn out and questionnaire study has been conducted.Focus group discussions with different participants were also carried out in Pudong district, Shanghai. Results Although improved significantly during the process of migrating,some bad health behaviors still exist among the migrants.Besides,female migrants have insufficient health knowledge,especially about sexually transmitted diseases. Conclusion Female migrants have basic demand for health knowledge and have sufficient ability to accept it.Further health education program should be strenghtened.
