摘 要:洞庭苎麻纺织印染厂年产精干麻 5 0 0 0多t,日排放废水约 110 0m3 ,其中高浓度废水约为 5 5 0m3 ,低浓度废水约为 5 2 0m3 ,COD分别为 10 0 0 0mg/L和 35 0 0mg/L ,分别采用酸化 /消化 接触氧化和悬浮附着水解酸化 好氧工艺处理。最后同拷麻水混合通过氧化塘 ,出水COD≤ 2 5 0mg/L ,BOD≤ 6 0mg/L ,硫化物≤ 1mg/L ,pH =6~ 9,色度明显由深变浅 ,达到了行业排放标准。About 1 100 m 3/d wastewater, thereinto 550 m 3/d of high concentration with COD=10 000 mg/L and 520 m 3/d of low concentration with COD=3 500 mg/L, is discharged from Dongting Ramie Textile Factory with annual output 5 000 tons of refined dry ramie. The high and low concentration wastewaters are treated separately by acidification/digestion contact oxidation and suspended adhesive hydrolysis acidification aerobic oxidation processes respectively . Finally all the effluents are mixed with the ramie baking wastewater and flow into an oxidation pond. The final effluent with pH=6~9 and lighted color is good enough to meet the professional wastewater discharge standard. In the output water of the oxidation pond the concentrations of pollutants are less than 150 mg/L, 60 mg/L and 1 mg/L for COD, BOD and sulfide.
