摘 要:采用厌氧水解 生物接触氧化法处理苯胺类化工废水 ,并在生物接触氧化池中引入苯胺特效降解菌———STR NiTRO。结果表明 :该工艺厌氧段能增强系统耐冲击负荷能力 ,并有效地提高废水的可生化性 ;STR NiTRO菌能有效地去除废水中的苯胺 ;当进水COD平均 6 17 5mg/L,NH3 -N4 5 0mg/L ,苯胺 2 5 8mg/L的条件下 ,出水COD平均达 87 2mg/L ,NH3 -N 9 9mg/L ,苯胺 0 5 6mg/L ,去除率分别为 85 9% ,78% ,97 8% ,出水达到GB8978Process composed of anaerobic hydrolysis and bio contact oxidation (with addition of aniline degrading strain) was adopted to treat aniline wastewater.The operating data shows that the anaerobic stage is very resistive to the shock loading and can upgrade the biological treatability of the raw wastewater and the aniline degrading strain is effective to remove aniline. In case when the mean inlet concentrations of the wastewater are 617 5 mg/L, 45 0 mg/L and 25 8 mg/L for COD, NH 3-N and aniline respectively, effluent enough to meet the class I requirement of the national wastewater discharge standard could be obtained with concentrations of 87 2 mg/L, 9 9 mg/L and 0 56 mg/L for COD, NH 3-N and aniline respectively. The responsible removals are 89.9%, 78% and 97.8 %for COD, NH 3-N and aniline.
