胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力围手术期处理

摘　　要：目的 :对胸腺切除术治疗的重症肌无力 (myastheniagravis ,MG)病人进行围手术期处理 ,评价其疗效。方法 :5 4例重症肌无力病人 ,手术前处理合并症、口服皮质类固醇、胆碱酯酶抑制剂改善肌无力 ,术中彻底清扫胸腺及前纵隔脂肪 ,术后防治危象。结果 :所有病人均安全渡过围手术期 ,无住院死亡。结论 :重症肌无力病人 ,只要围手术期处理恰当 ,均可安全接受胸腺手术治疗。Objective:To assess the effects of perioperative management of thymectomy for myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods:Fifty-four cases of MG were treated on basis of the perioperative management of thymectomy.Patients took orally corticosteroids and cholinesterase inhibitor.The sternum was split,after which an en bloc dissection of anterior mediastinal fat tissues,including the thymus,was performed.Results:All patients safely survived the perioperative phase,and no patient died in hospital.Conclusion:Thymectomy could be performed in all the MG patients who received the perioperative treatment.
