摘　　要：目的对广西HIV感染流行进行分析 ,了解广西HIV感染在广西的流行特点 ,为制定有效的预防措施提供依据。方法采用哨点监测结果和历年预测HIV感染数进行分析。结果静脉吸毒是目前广西HIV感染的主要流行传播模式。经过11年的时间 ,广西HIV感染的流行从局部流行到广泛流行。Objective Analyze HIV data to understand the epidemic trends of HIV infection in Guangxi and to provide reference for making out the measure of effective prevention.Methods The analysis was conducted by using the results of HIV sentinel surveillance and the data of HIV infection numbers predicted in past years.Results At present,injection drug use(IDU) is the major transmission mode of HIV infection in Guangxi. In the past 11 years, Guangxi has experienced stages from sporadic epidemic to extensive epidemic. Conclusion For the increasingly severe HIV epidemic in Guangxi, effective intervention measures should be taken to slow down the transmission speed.
