摘　　要：目的　测定扶正抑瘤颗粒中总多糖的含量。方法　采用苯酚 -硫酸法测定。结果　扶正抑瘤颗粒中总多糖含量为 3.0 % ,该方法线性关系良好 (r=0 .9988) ,平均回收率为 97.95 % ,RSD为 1.85 %。结论　该方法简单 ,准确和重现性好 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。Object To determine the content of total astragalan in FUZHENG YILIU GRANULES Methods The determination was performed by phenol-sulfuric acid method Results The content of total astragalan in FUZHENG YILIU GRANULES was 3 0%, the linearity of this method was quite satisfactory (r= 0 998 8), and the average recovery rate was 97 95%, RSD=1 85% Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and available for quality control of the GRANULES
