摘　　要：目的　研究肝脾舒颗粒对大鼠实验性高脂血症的调脂作用。方法　采用喂养法建立高脂血症大鼠模型 ,测定各项生化指标。结果　肝脾舒颗粒可明显降低血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL -C)、载脂蛋白 B(apo B)的含量 ,提高 HDL- C/TC比值。结论　肝脾舒颗粒具有良好的降血脂作用 ,这为肝脾舒颗粒的开发应用提供了重要依据。Object To study the effects of GANPISHU INSTANT GRANULE * on experimental hyperlipemia model of rats Methods: Hyperlipemia models were prepared by special feeding method and their biochemical parameters determined Results GANPISHU INSTANT GRANULE can obviously lower serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), LDL C and apolipoprotein B while increase the high density lipoprotein total cholesterol ration Conclusion GANPISHU INSTANT GRANULE showed significant blood lipid regulation effects on hyperlipedemicrats These results provided an important basis for exploiting and utilizing GANPISHU INSTANT GRANULE
