摘 要:基于2-(3,5-二氯-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺(3,5-diCl-PADMA)与钯的显色反应,以激光热透镜光谱法测定了微量钯。实验表明:在强酸性介质中,Pd2+与3,5-diCl-PADMA室温显色形成稳定的蓝色配合物,最大吸收波长位于623 nm处,与所用激光器输出激光波长匹配较好,从而建立了激光热透镜光谱法测定钯的新方法。把浓度分别在0.005~0.04 mg/L和0.03-0.25mg/L范围内呈线性关系,方法灵敏度高,选择性、重现性好,用于样品测定,结果满意。A method for the determination of trace palladium based on the colour reaction between 2-(3,5-dichlorpyridylazo)-5-dimethylaminoaniline (3, 5-diCl-PADMA) and palladium by laser thermal lens spectrometry was proposed. The experimental results show that in strong acidic medium, such as 0.02similar to1.6 mol/L H2SO4, 0.02similar to1.3 mol/L HCl and 1.6similar to4.8 mol/L HClO4, and in the presence of acetone, palladium can react with 3,5-diCl-PADMA to form a stable complex exhibiting an absorption maximum at 623 nm. Based on these characteristics, the tide method was developed. The sensitivity of this method was about 10 times higher than that of conventional spectrophotometric method. The detection limit and linear range of palladium(II) are 0.002 mg/L and 0.005similar to0.25 mg/L respectively. It has been applied to the determination of palladium in alloy and catalyst samples with satisfactory results.
