摘 要:提出尿碘的预反应微波密封消解催化光度法。该法解决了微波密封消解尿样过程中有机物反应产生气体造成内压过大的关键问题 ,将消解时间由传统的 1h缩短至 10min左右 ,可同时消解上百个样。将该法用于质控样测定 ,结果符合要求。实际尿样测定RSD≤ 1.1% ,回收率90 1%~ 110 .4 %。该法有较好的实用性 。Microwave digestion of urine samples for the determination of iodine is proposed to be used instead of the conventional digestion method. The optimum condition of microwave digestion is studied thoroughly. The time for the digestion of one batch of samples (amounting to about 100 samples) takes only less than 15min, about 7 times quicker than the conventional digestion method. Since the digestion is carried out in a closed system, the environmental condition is significantly improved. This method has been used in the analysis of urine samples, giving RSD′s of less than 1.1% ( n =6), and having an average recovery of 98.8%. The results obtained by this method showed no significant difference with those by the conventional method.
