N-邻羟基苯基氮氧方酸与铬显色反应的研究和应用

摘　　要：研究了N 邻羟基苯基氮氧方酸与Cr(Ⅵ )的显色反应 ,在柠檬酸 柠檬酸铵缓冲溶液中 ,发生氧化还原反应生成棕黄色水溶性化合物。其最大吸收波长在 4 10nm处 ,ε值为 9.5× 10 3,线性范围为 0～ 75 μg/2 5ml。此显色反应可用于铬的光度测定 。In a buffer medium of ammonium citrate and citric acid, a redox reaction is observed between the reagent N 2 hydroxyphenyl nitrogen oxosquaric acid and hexavalent chromium, forming a yellowish brown water soluble compound. The absorption maxima lies at the wavelenght of 410nm, with a molar absorptivity of 9.5×10 3L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . A linear relationship between the concentrations of Cr(Ⅵ) and their absorbances is found in the range of 0～75μg of Cr(Ⅵ) per 25ml of solution. The proposed method has been used in the determination of chromium in electrolytic solutions.
