摘　　要：读出电路是红外焦平面器件研究的关键技术之一 ,作者研制出一种基于虚拟仪器的读出电路参数测试系统。该系统运行稳定、可靠、测试精度高 ,有完整的软硬件环境 ,可以测试各种读出电路。Readout integrated circuit (ROIC) technology is one of the critical technologies in the research of infrared focal plane array (IRF PA). The authors developed a system for measuring parameters of ROIC for IRFPA b ased on Virtual Instruments. With high reliability and precision, integrated sof tware & hardware environment, the system can test all kinds of ROICs.
