体表心电图预测左心室条束的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的　尝试用体表心电图来预测左心室条束存在的可能性。方法　选择 60例观察对象 ,以体表心电图标准双极肢导RⅡ ≥ 1.5mV 3 0例为甲组 ,RⅡ <1.5mV 3 0例为乙组 ,甲乙两组全部进行常规心电图及超声心动图检查对照。结果　甲组 3 0例中 2 2例 (73 .3 3 % ) ,乙组 3 0例中仅 1例 (3 .3 3 % )被超声心动图证实为左心室条束。两组比较P <0 .0 1。结论　以体表心电图标准双极肢导RⅡ ≥ 1.5mV来预测左心室条束存在是可能的 ,但一定要结合临床表现。Objective To verify the possibility for the body surface electrocardiogram to predict left ventricular band.Method 60 cases were chosen and divided into two groups:the first group is made up of 30 cases with standard bipolar limb lead R Ⅱ≥1.5mV,the second group is made up of 30 cases with standard bipolar limb lead R Ⅱ<1.5mV.Both are examined and compared by the routine electrocardiogram and the ultrasound cardiogram.Results There are 22 cases with left ventricular band in group 1 and 1 case in group 2 testified by the ultrasound cardiogram.Conclusions Combined with clinical diagnosis,the standard bipolar limb lead R Ⅱ≥1.5mV can probably predict the presence of left ventricular band and is helpful to the diagnosis.
