榄香烯乳放射增敏治疗骨转移癌60例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较60例骨转移癌患者榄香烯乳加放疗与单放射治疗的疗效。方法:60例骨转移癌患者,分2组,即榄香烯乳+放疗组,单放疗组。照射部位予模拟机定位。治疗采用加速器或60Co,照射方法为常规分割45～50Gy。给药方法为每日放疗前2小时锁骨下静脉注射榄香烯乳400mg。结果:榄香烯乳并用放射治疗骨转移癌与单放组比较有效率分别为20%、10%;治疗止痛时间与单放组比较明显缩短(P<0.001);免疫指标CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及IgA、IgM、IgG均与单放组比较明显提高。二组疗中疗后放疗毒性无差异。结论:榄香烯乳对放疗有增敏作用,是一种高效低毒的放射增敏剂。Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of Elemene plus radiotherapy for bone metastasis.Methods:In60patients with bone metastasis,30patients were treated with radiotherapy alone(control group),and another30patients were treated with Elemene plus radio-therapy(Elemene400mg was given before rasdiotherapy of45～50Gy).Results:The curative ef-fects of the Elemene plus radiation group and the control group were20%and10%re spectively,and the analgesic acting time was markedly shorter than that of the control group.The immune parameters CD 3 ,CD 4 ,CD 4 /CD 8 and IgA,IgM,IgG of the Elemene group was sig nif icantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion:Elemene has a marked enhancing sen sitivity action when used with radiotherapy to treat bone metastasis.
