摘  要:目的 探讨斑点金免疫渗滤法快速测定谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体在糖尿病患者中的临床应用价值。方法 采用斑点 金免疫渗滤法(DIGFA)检测88例糖尿病患者和40例正常人群的血清谷氨酸脱透酶抗体(GAD-Ab),并与酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)作方法学的比较。结累DIGFA法检测1型和2型糖尿病患者的血清GN-Ab阳性率分别为61.3%和19.3%, 有显著性差异(P<0.01),且均明显高于正常人群。与ELISA法比较,两种方法的检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 血清谷氢酸脱羧酶抗体在1型及有高度1型糖尿病倾向的人群中检出率较高,可作为糖尿病分型的依据,斑点金免疫渗 滤法快速、简便、可靠,有实用价值。Objective To study the detection of Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase Antibody (GAD-Ab) in the patients with dia-betes mellitus and to search the reliability and practicality of dot immunogold filtration assay(DIGFA). Methods The GAD-Ab in serum was detected among 88 cases of the patients suffering from diabetes mellitus and 40 cases of normal people using DIGFA and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) parallelly. ELISA is used as control experiment. Results The positive rate of GAD-Ab of the patients with type 1 diatetes mellitus( 61.3%) was higher than that of the patients with type 2 diatetes mellitus (19.3% ) and each of them was higher than that of normal people (2.5%) when DIGFA was used. There were not significantly statistic difference(P>0.05) between two detectable methods. Conclusion The incidence of GAD-Ab was high among the pa-tients with type 1 diabetes mellitus or tending type 1. DIGFA was a fast, simple , reliable and practical method to detect GAD-Ab suitable for the patients with diabetes mellitus.
