摘 要:生物芯片技术是建立在杂交测序基本理论上的分子生物学技术,其突出特点在于高度平行性、多样性、微型化和自动化,已在医学诊断中显示出了及其广阔的应用价值。目前已在遗传病、肿瘤疾病、爱滋病及其他一些疑难病的诊断中取得了重大突破,且已有用于临床诊断的生物芯片问世,在未来的医学领域和实验室工作中必将发挥越来越重要的作用。Biochip technology is a new technique of molecule biology based on the theory of the hybridization sequencing. It has outstanding features such as high parallel、multiplicity、miniature and automation. It has been shown that the technique has a prospective application in medical diagnosis and been used successfully in diagnosis of genetic disease、tumor、AIDS and complicated cases. As a tool of clinical diagnosis It has been commercialized. The technique will play a more and more important role in medicine area and laboratory working.
