摘  要:鉴于长期维持性血液透析病人营养不良现象 ,试图探索一种有效的饮食干预措施 ,对 6 0例行长期维持性血液透析病人营养状况进行评估 ,并根据病人年龄、病史、透析情况、消化功能、饮食习惯和个体营养状况制订食谱 ,并由营养师监督实施。结果 :6 0例病人饮食治疗2a后 ,除水果、奶类外 ,各类食物摄入量均高于治疗前 ,上臂、肱三头肌皮皱厚度及上臂肌周均较治疗前有所增加。提示 :对行长期维持性血液透析病人应加强饮食干预 ,可改善病人营养状况。In view of the long-term maintenance hemodialysis patients with malnutrition, attempts was made to explore an effective diet intervention measure. Nutritional states of 60 cases were evaluated. The recipe of patients was made up according to the ages, illness history, hemodialysis status, digestive function, dietary habit, and individual nutritional status. It was carried out under the supervision of nutritionist. Results showed that after 2 yrs of diet therapy, the intakes of all sorts of foods except fruits in 60 cases were remarkably higher than that before the treatment. The thickness of rhicnoses of both upper arm and brachial triceps muscle and the circumference of the upper arm muscle gained compared to that before the therapy. Suggested that to strengthen the diet intervention in long-term maintenance hemodialysis patients may improve their nutritional states.
