摘  要:目的 :观察川芎素对冠心病患者血浆脂质过氧化物及血流动力学影响。方法 :6 0例冠心病患者随机分为川芎素组和对照组 ,每组 30例 ,观察用药前后血浆脂质过氧化物 (L PO)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及血流动力学的变化。结果 :川芎素治疗组患者血 L PO下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,SOD升高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血流动力学各项指标均好转。结论 :川芎素能降低脂质过氧化 ,降低血粘滞度 。Objective:To observe the effects of Sodium Ferulate on plasma lipid peroxidation,superoxide dismutase,and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients with coronary heart disease were randomized into two groups:①Sodium Ferulate group( n =30);②The control group( n =30).It was designed to investigate the changes of plasma lipid peroxidation,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and hemorheology.Results:The levels of plasma LPO and hemorheology were reduced and SOD was increased in sodium Furulate group( P <0 05 or P <0 01).There were insignificant differences in above parameters in the control group.Conclusion:Sodium Fmolate for injection can reduce plasma LPO and blood viscosity of the patients.The results showed that Sodium Furulate injection play an important role in the therapy of coronary heart disease.
