摘　　要：目的 :建立三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法 :用比色法测定苦味酸与盐酸小檗碱物合物。结果 :该法稳定 ,平均回收率为 10 3.3%。结论 :建议增加三黄片中的盐酸小檗碱含量测定项目。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of berberine in Sanhuang Tablets. Methods: By means of colorimetry the complex was determined by combining picric acid and berberine hydrochloride. Results: The method is reproducible. The average recovery was 103.3%. Conclusion: The method can be used for content determination of berberine in Sanhuang Tablets.
